based on advice from our courier providers please allow an extra few days for shipping within australia and an extra 10 days for shipping to new zealand.
while zoe kratzmann and our delivery providers strive to deliver your orders on time, there may be delays due to increased safety protocols and a decreased number of domestic flights, which is out of our control as we all do our very best to adapt doing these over changing times.
zoe kratzmann uses three different couriers to deliver our online orders based on cost and location.
