to earn points and access beneifts, you must have an online store account. you can sign up or check your account status on our login page. once you have joined, you will earn points on all purchases with zoe kratzmann online. please note that previous purchases or subscribing to our mailing list does not mean you have a loyalty account.
depending on how much you spend with us per year, you’ll also have access to unique benefits and exclusive offers. -
stay up to date on your status by logging into your account and viewing your loyalty dashboard. once you have been upgraded to a new level, you’ll stay in that level for at least a year.

points are earned with every purchase. you will earn 3 points for every $1 aud spent online excluding the value of any shipping fees associated with your order.
once you reach 3,000 points, you will automatically receive a $30 voucher for use on your next purchase. all vouchers can be redeemed by logging into your account and viewing your loyalty dashboard. -
loyalty points allow you to access gift vouchers at regular intervals. everytime you earn 3,000 points, you will receive your next voucher. you will also progress through our loyalty levels and receive access to exclusive benefits and offers.

you can see your available level benefits directly in your loyalty dashboard.
most of your benefits do not require any action from you and are made available to you automatically. each time you reach a new level, you will receive an email from us on how to access each benefit.

special offer days are announced via email and sms and are exclusive to loyalty members. we have no set dates or schedule for these promotions, and true to zoe kratzmann's ethos, we produce in limited runs and rarely bring styles back once sold out.

your points expire 12 months after they have been confirmed. for example, if you earned 500 points on an order placed on 1 january 2023, those points will expire on 1 january 2024.

points are awarded when the you have paid for each order using your loyalty account email address. if you return your order within our return policy time-frame, the points are deducted from your account.
