your trust in our products and services is highly valued. we encourage you to take a moment to read our terms of service carefully before proceeding to use our website and avail our services. these terms govern the use of our services and define our relationship with you, our esteemed customer.
payments can be made by credit card, paypal, shop pay, applepay or afterpay.
we happily accept returns within 30 days of receipt for full-priced items. items must be returned new, unused and with all zoe kratzmann tags and labels attached. a return form must be completed and included in the return package. refunds will be returned to the original payment method within 1-10 business days. all US returns will be processed within 7-10 business days once they have reached our california returns facility.
returned garments which are damaged, soiled or altered will not be accepted. if you are not able to comply with these requirements, zoe kratzmann reserves the right to refuse an exchange or refund on change of mind items.

please choose carefully, as we do not offer refunds or exchanges on sale items, unless faulty or damaged. if you are unhappy with a sale item purchased please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org or call us on +617 5472 8309 to see what we can do to help.
faulty or incorrect items will be refunded to the original payment method and zoekratzmann.com will provide a pre-paid return shipping label to the nominated email address associated with the order.
goods are classified as faulty if they are received damaged. zoe kratzmann reserves the right to inspect returned items and deny refund if the garments are in saleable condition.

unavailable styles within an order
upon the unlikely event that we cannot fill your full order due to a unavailable item/s, zoe kratzmann will contact you regarding your alternative options, which may include contacting a stockist to replace the missing item. if zoe kratzmann does not hear back within 48 hours, your order will be shipped and you will be refunded for the missing item/s.
all prices shown on zoekratzmann.com are in australian dollars (aud) and are inclusive of gst. we also offer pricing in usd and nzd on zoekratzmann.com/en-us
promotional / discount codes
a discount code will be sent to all new customers, who have subscribed to our mailing list. the $30 off discount can only be applied to your first order, with a single use per customer. the discount can be applied to full-price and or reduced sale items.
the discount is only eligible online and must be applied at the online checkout. the code cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, and there is no cash alternative.
prices and imagery
zoe kratzmann reserves the right to alter, update or change the pricing of any item available on the site at any time. in certain circumstances, zoe kratzmann reserves the right to cancel or reject your order. this may happen where the requested product is unavailable or if there is an error in the pricing or the product description posted on the site.
zoe kratzmann makes every effort to display and inform you as accurately as possible on our product colours, sizes, cut, fit, make and general product descriptions. in terms of the colour display for our products computer monitors, tablets and mobile devices resolution may vary and we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any colour will be completely accurate.
lost or damaged goods
if goods are lost or damaged during delivery, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org so that we can investigate the surrounding circumstances. we will make all reasonable attempts to assist with the location of your order and assist with the re-delivery and return of items not received. once the item has been processed through our third-party vendor for dispatch, all lost/damaged packages must be reviewed and communicated via the vendor, with our assistance.
