zk woman: talisa quirk - from high school to international catwalks

talisa quirk went gone from being a normal young woman at school, to one of australia's top models, gracing the pages of harper's bazaar and elle magazines, and walking the catwalks in paris and tokyo. she brought the zoe kratzmann high summer campaign to life and we're proud to have worked with such incredible local talent here on the beautiful sunshine coast. we caught up with talisa to learn more about her story...

if you weren’t modelling, what would we find you doing?
i was scouted to model at a very young age so i never really had to think about what i would want to do after school. but i’ve always been interested in vet nursing so i could work closely with animals or even a beautician specialising in skin health from within.
what's the best thing about your home town?
nothing better than grabbing a smoothie, walking the dog up the boardwalk to point perry and looking for turtles, dolphins or whales when in the right season.
who are some of the women you look up to?
i’m one of five girls so i don’t have to look very far for a woman to look up to. we’re each so similar but have our own completely different interests which is inspiring to hear about. i guess that just stems from our incredible mother who is the strongest woman i know.
describe your personal style?
denim! you will always find me wearing at least one item of denim. i’m always dressing super easy, comfy and light. there’s nothing worse than being uncomfortable and trying to be something you’re not.
